Data Collection and Transfer Consent Policy (GDPR Compliance)

This policy notice aims to inform you about how we (Up Grade Up Skill Consultancy Services) collect and process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us.   • provide you with our services

We process this information on the basis there is a contract between us, or that you have requested we use the information before we enter into a legal contract.

3. Information we share with our University Partners

We may share your collected data with University Partners when relevant and necessary.

Accordingly, data obtained within the UK or any other country could be processed outside the European Union.

We use the following safeguards with respect to data transferred to University Partners

  • If our University Partner is within the European Union, we ensure that they are GDPR compliant
  • Both our organisation and the processor are public authorities between whom there is either a legally binding agreement or administrative arrangements in compliance with GDPR, relating to protection of your information
  • If you wish us to remove personally identifiable information from our database, you may do so and we would request the removal from our University Partners

We may also use outsourced services in countries outside the European Union from time to time in other aspects of our business.

We use the following safeguards with respect to data transferred outside the European Union:

  • The processor is within the same corporate group as our business or organisation and abides by the same binding corporate rules regarding data processing
  • Both our organisation and the processor are public authorities between whom there is either a legally binding agreement or administrative arrangements in compliance with GDPR, relating to protection of your information

3.1. Information we share with our University Partners

We may share your collected data with our University Partners if you are inquiring about, attempting to enrol or enrolled for a course from them.

We use the following safeguards with respect to data transferred to our University Partners:

  • We ensure that they are GDPR compliant
  • Both our organisation and the processor are public authorities between whom there is a legally binding agreement in compliance with GDPR, relating to protection of your information
  • if you wish us to remove personally identifiable information from our University Partner’s database, you request such a removal
